Admission Notice: School of Health Information Management, University College Hospital, Ibadan
Applications are now open for admission into the School of Health Information Management at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, for the 2025/2026 academic session. Qualified candidates who scored 150 and above in the 2025 UTME are invited to apply for the National Diploma (ND) programme, while holders of a National Diploma in Health Information Management can apply for the Higher National Diploma (HND) programme. Both programmes are two years in duration and are non-residential, with academic activities beginning in September 2025.
- ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
For ND Applicants:
In addition to a valid 2025 UTME result, applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes at not more than two sittings in SSCE/GCE/WAEC/NECO (from the same exam body), including:
• English Language
• Mathematics
• Biology
• Physics
• Chemistry
For HND Applicants:
Applicants must present original copies of the following credentials:
• O’Level Result
• National Diploma or Professional Diploma in Health Information Management
• Practicing License
• Industrial Training (IT) Completion Letter
• JAMB Admission Letter

Forms will be available starting Monday, 28th April 2025, on the UCH Schools Portal: https://portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng
To apply:
1. Visit the portal and click the REMITA PAYMENT button to make payment.
2. After payment, sign up using your RRR, Email, and Password.
3. Log in to complete your online application.
4. Download the Applicants’ User Guide for instructions.
5. Fill in your details and submit your application online.
6. Print two (2) copies of the completed form and your photocard, and bring them to the examination center on exam day.
7. Make an additional payment of N500 to:

Exam Dates & Interview:
Details of the screening exercise for ND and the HND entrance exam will be sent via email. Shortlisted candidates will receive invitations for an oral interview through SMS and the School’s website.
