Newgate University, Minna has received full accreditation from the National Universities Commission (NUC) for all 10 academic programmes assessed during the recent accreditation exercise. These fully accredited programmes include:

Accounting
International Relations and Diplomatic Studies
Mass Communication and Journalism.
This achievement follows a rigorous resource verification process by the NUC. The final accreditation team was led by Dr. Victoria Pillah, Deputy Director of Programme Planning. Other members included Mr. Abdulraheem M. Ahmad (Chief Inspection and Monitoring Officer), Mrs. Victoria Okay (Assistant Chief Officer, Directorate of the Executive Secretary’s Office), and Mr. Ogbojibrede Onome (Assistant Chief Human Resources Officer).
