Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) Post-UTME Form 2025/2026 is Out
The Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE), Bayelsa State, has officially announced the commencement of its Post-UTME screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session. All interested and suitably qualified UTME candidates are invited to apply for admission into various undergraduate programmes.

FUOTUOKE Post-UTME Admission Requirements For 2025/2026
The following categories of candidates are eligible to apply:
A. Candidates Who Are Eligible
1. Candidates who selected Federal University Otuoke as their First Choice in the 2025/2026 JAMB UTME and scored a minimum of 150.
2. Candidates who did not initially choose FUOTUOKE but wish to apply and scored a minimum of 150 in the 2025 UTME.
Candidates in category 2 must first do a Change of Institution to FUOTUOKE on the official JAMB Portal at [www.jamb.org.ng](http://www.jamb.org.ng), selecting one of the approved courses listed below.
How to Apply for FUOTUOKE Post-UTME Screening 2025
1. Visit the FUOTUOKE application portal: http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng
2. Make a non-refundable payment of N2,000.00 only using your Interswitch Verve or Mastercard debit card.
3. Complete the online form as instructed.
Note: Ensure you read all instructions carefully before submitting your application.
Documents Required for Online Registration
All applicants must upload the following documents:
- Recent passport-size photograph (in JPG format)
- WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’Level result (scanned in PDF format)
- Local Government Area (LGA) identification letter (PDF)
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration (PDF)
- O’Level Result Scratch Card details (Upload both if using two results)
Special Instructions
- Use a clear digital passport photo in JPG format.
- Provide a valid email address and active phone number.
- Ensure O’Level results are correctly uploaded to JAMB CAPS.
Any application with false declarations or incomplete documents will be disqualified.
