Applications are invited from qualified candidates seeking admission into various Allied Health Science programmes for both 100-level UTME and Direct Entry.

FUAHSE Admission Requirements 2025
For UTME Applicants:
• Must have scored at least 150 in the 2025 UTME.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Must have 5 credit passes in O’Level (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB), including English Language, Mathematics, and relevant science subjects.
For Direct Entry Candidates:
• Must possess ND, HND, or a First Degree in relevant disciplines.
• Must also meet the O’Level requirements.
Note: Candidates who did not choose FUAHSE as their first choice but meet the requirements can apply after completing a change of institution on the JAMB portal.

Application Fees
• UTME Candidates: ₦2,000
• Direct Entry Candidates: ₦30,000
All payments must be made online via the official FUAHSE portal.
How to Apply
1. Visit the university portal: https://eportal.fuahse.edu.ng
2. Enter your JAMB registration number to generate your Remita invoice.
3. Pay via bank or ATM card.
4. Return to the portal and complete the application form.
5. Upload your O’Level results and required documents.
6. Confirm and submit your application.
7. Print your acknowledgement slip.
8. Await confirmation and further instructions.
Important: Re-upload your O’Level results on JAMB CAPS and ensure your contact details are valid.
Other Important Notices
• The screening will be based on verified JAMB scores and uploaded O’Level results.
• No written exams will be conducted.
• Incomplete applications or failure to upload required documents will lead to disqualification.
• All candidates must participate in the online screening exercise to be considered for admission.
