The Lagos State University of Education (LASUED), Otto/Ijanikin and Noforija (Epe) campuses, has officially commenced online registration for its Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session.
If you selected LASUED as your first choice in the 2025 UTME or applied through Direct Entry, here’s everything you need to know about the admission screening process.
Eligibility for LASUED Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening
To be eligible for the screening exercise, candidates must meet the following conditions:
For UTME Candidates:
- Must have chosen LASUED as first choice during JAMB registration.
- Must have scored a minimum of 170 in the 2025 UTME.
- Must have uploaded O’Level results to JAMB CAPS on or before 24th August, 2025.
- Must have the required O’Level subjects as specified in the JAMB brochure.
- Must be at least 16 years old by 31st October, 2025.
For Direct Entry (DE) Candidates:
- Must have selected LASUED as first choice during Direct Entry registration.
- Must hold a valid and relevant NCE, ND, or Diploma certificate.
- Must upload all required documents online.
- Must submit a copy of the completed DE screening slip and notification of result to the LASUED Admissions Office.
OOU General Admission Requirements
All applicants are expected to have:
- A minimum of five (5) credit passes in WAEC, NECO, GCE, NABTEB, or NBAIS, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
- A valid UTME or Direct Entry result that meets the university’s admission standards.

How to Apply for LASUED Post-UTME/DE Screening
All applicants must complete their registration online. Here are the steps:
1. Visit the official LASUED admission portal.
2. Click on “Post-UTME/DE 2025/2026 Screening”.
3. Create a new profile with your valid email and phone number.
4. Pay the screening fee using the payment method provided on the portal.
5. Fill out the application form with accurate personal details, UTME/DE information, and O’Level results.
6. Upload scanned copies of all relevant documents.
7. Carefully review your entries and submit.
8. Print your application slip for reference.
Important Notes
All applicants are advised not to make any payments to individuals or personal bank accounts. Use only the official school platform.
The university will not be held responsible for any payments made outside the official channels.
Direct Entry applicants must submit a copy of their online screening slip and result notification to the LASUED Admissions Office after registration.
