(d) Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Energy Economics (Full-Time)

General Admission Requirements

To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet the following:

1. O’Level Requirement:  Minimum of five (5) credit passes including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings.
2. For Doctorate (PhD): Must hold a Master’s degree in Petroleum and Energy Economics or relevant fields.
3. For MSc & Professional Masters: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution with at least Second Class Lower Division or equivalent.
4. For PGD: Minimum of Third Class or Higher National Diploma (Lower Credit) in relevant disciplines.
5. NYSC Discharge/Exemption Certificate is mandatory for all Nigerian applicants.

Programme Duration

Professional Doctorate Degree

Full-Time: Minimum of 36 months
Part-Time: Minimum of 42 months

MSc and Professional Master’s Degree

Full-Time: Minimum of 3 semesters, maximum of 6 semesters
Part-Time: Minimum of 5 semesters, maximum of 8 semesters

Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)

Full-Time: Minimum of two semesters, maximum of four semesters
Part-Time: Minimum of four semesters, maximum of six semesters.
