FUTMINNA Announces 2025/2026 Post-UTME Registration and Screening for Newly Approved Programmes
The Federal University of Technology, Minna (FUTMINNA) has officially announced the commencement of registration for the 2025/2026 Pre-Admission Screening Exercise (UPASE). The exercise is for candidates seeking admission into nine (9) newly approved academic programmes recently accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC).
According to the Registrar, the online registration begins on Saturday, 18th October 2025, and will close at midnight on Tuesday, 21st October 2025.
Eligibility Criteria
- Only UTME candidates who chose FUTMINNA as their first choice during the 2025 JAMB are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must meet the minimum JAMB cut-off marks for their chosen courses and possess at least five O’Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
- Applicants below 16 years of age as of 30th September 2025 are not eligible.
Available Programmes and Cut-Off Marks
The newly approved programmes and their JAMB cut-off marks include:
Medicine and Surgery – 250
Nursing Science – 230
Medical Laboratory Science – 230
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D) – 230
Human Anatomy – 170
Human Physiology – 170
Biotechnology – 170
Procurement Management Technology – 150
Logistics and Supply Chain Management – 150
Registration Procedure
1. Visit the FUTMINNA admission portal and click on “2025/2026 UAPASE (2025 UTME)”.
2. Log in with your JAMB registration number and name.
3. Choose your preferred course (if applicable).
4. Click “Proceed to payment gateway” and pay the ₦2,000 non-refundable fee via the REMITA platform.
5. Print your confirmation slip after successful payment.
Important Notes
- Candidates must upload their O’Level results on the JAMB CAPS before the screening.
- Any false information may lead to disqualification.
